A walk around at Potton Homes new Passivhaus, which is in the process of being built at the St Neots site.
The new show home is the 5th show home on the St Neots site, and will be the first ever permanent, purpose-built Passivhaus show home built in the UK.
As a Potton Homes Partner, we are regularly contributing to the Potton show home lighting and customer event days. Passing on our LED know- how and knowledge of the benefits to the self-build community.
It is well worth making a visit to the Gransden show home at St Neots to view the Tp24 Led light fittings on display in a domestic setting.
Hello, and welcome to the first tp24 LED Lighting Bi- Monthly Newsletter for 2016.
Every couple of months we will be updating you with a mix of product news, exhibitions to attend, LED lighting facts, energy saving ideas and a meet the team spotlight.
The beginning of the month saw us exhibiting at Grand Designs 2016, showcasing our new LED dimmable range of lamps for downlights, pendants and some decorative light fittings in conjunction with our compatible dimmer switch. For the first time we are able to offer an upgrade to dimmable for all tp24 customers.
Exhibitions are a great opportunity for us to meet with existing customers and talk about the positives for upgrading to LED.
So, happy dimming.
We are not solely about selling LED lighting, we want to enlighten new customers to the benefits. How LED light is measured, lumens compared to watts and light level comparisons to the standard incandescent bulb everyone knows and is familiar with. In the next edition we will answer questions we are most frequently asked.
Exhibition suggestions this month are:
LED Lighting Facts
The Energy Saving Trust calculates that typical living room usage of a 60-watt incandescent lightbulb over a year would cost £7.64. Using an equivalent LED would cost just £1.27.
A typical LED lightbulb costs around £5.00, so you will make your money back in 12 months and it should last 5-10 years.
tp24 Team
This month also sees the full time return of Tracy Larham in the permanent role of Marketing Co-Ordinator.
Previously working for tp24 on a contract basis Tracy has returned to the fold.
With her knowledge of the product and how the tp24 team work she was the ideal candidate for promoting our LED lighting products.
