Terms and Conditions

By using this website you agree to the following terms and conditions of use:

  1. The title of the goods will remain with tp24 until payment has been received in full. Goods will not be dispatched until this is completed.

  2. Prices are subject to change without notice. All orders will be honoured at the price stated when the order is accepted.

  3. Any defects must be reported within seven days of the delivery of the goods.

  4. All lights are guaranteed for 12 months from delivery. Damage caused by misuse is not covered. The lights are domestic lights and are not designed for prolonged continuous use. The warranty does not cover burn out caused by continuous and prolonged usage.

  5. Light bulbs are not covered within the warranty as we cannot accept responsibility for current and voltage variations beyond our control.

  6. Goods supplied may vary in detail from the illustrations, drawings and descriptions as a result of improvements and modifications. Colour finishes will be maintained as accurately as possible, but matching cannot be guaranteed. Illustrations, measurements and descriptions are approximate for guidance only and are subject to alteration and modification without prior notice. All terminology employed in tp24's printed catalogues and on this website is that as understood by general usage in the trade.
